Unlimited updates only stay unlimited if the roster stays small. So Plannivo takes on ten customers, maximum — on purpose. Fewer schools means every update ships fast and every request reaches the people who built the platform, never a ticket queue. When the tenth slot is taken, we close the doors and look after the ten we have.
